• May vary slightly from final manufactured products;  

• May include custom-built or made-to-order configurations.  

We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time. 

5. Orders 

An order submitted through the website constitutes an offer to purchase. 

Orders become accepted only once: 

• Payment is authorised; and  

• DesignSkye confirms acceptance.  

DesignSkye reserves the right to reject or cancel orders for legitimate reasons including: 

• Pricing errors;  

• Product unavailability;  

• Suspected fraud;  

• Technical issues.  

6. Pricing and Payment 

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). 

Payment may be made: 

• Online via PayFast  

• Via card payment at collection/drop-off using Yoco  

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. 

DesignSkye does not store full payment card details. 

7. Custom Manufacturing and Build-to-Order Products 

Some products are custom manufactured or produced upon order. 

For custom-built items: 

• Production may begin shortly after payment confirmation;  

• Specifications approved by the customer cannot be changed once manufacturing has commenced;  

• Custom orders may not qualify for cancellation except where required under South African law.  

Estimated production timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. 

8. Collection / Delivery 

Currently DesignSkye does not provide shipping services. 

Products are: 

• Collected by customers; or  

• Handed over at an agreed drop-off location.  

Risk passes to the customer once the product has been collected or delivered to the agreed handover point. 

Ownership transfers once full payment has cleared. 

9. Returns and Consumer Rights 

DesignSkye complies with the Consumer Protection Act. 

Customers retain all rights provided under applicable law. 

Returns or refunds may be available where: 

• Goods are defective;  

• Goods are materially different from what was ordered;  

• Goods fail statutory quality requirements.  

Custom-built products may not be eligible for return where: 

• Manufacturing followed approved specifications;  

• There is no defect.  

Return requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after discovery of the issue. 

10. Warranty 

Products sold by DesignSkye may include a separate Warranty Policy. 

Where applicable, statutory consumer rights under South African law remain unaffected. 

11. Website Use 

You agree not to: 

• Use the website unlawfully;  

• Attempt unauthorised access;  

• Interfere with website operation;  

• Upload malicious code.

remain the property of DesignSkye unless otherwise stated.

13. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law: 

DesignSkye is not liable for: 

• Indirect losses;  

• Loss of profits;  

• Business interruption;  

• Delays outside reasonable control.  

Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. 

14. Indemnity 

You agree to indemnify DesignSkye against claims resulting from: 

• Breach of these Terms;  

• Misuse of products;  

• Unlawful use of the website.
